Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Move mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to use Move. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information; don't impersonate others.
3. User content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Move a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and adapt your content within the App and for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
3.1 Car profile content
Content posted to a car profile becomes part of that car's history. You may delete it within 24 hours of posting. After 24 hours you can only archive (hide) it. If the car changes ownership inside the App, car-profile content transfers to the new owner.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to post or do any of the following:
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, doxxing, incitement to violence.
- Sexual content, nudity, content harmful to minors.
- Graphic violence, shock content.
- Spam, scams, fake reviews, manipulation of likes/follows.
- Illegal activity (sale of stolen vehicles, illegal modifications contrary to local law, drug or weapon sales, etc.).
- Impersonation, infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights.
- Malware, exploits, attempts to compromise the service.
Move reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Reporting and moderation
Each post, Moves, listing, comment, and user profile has a "Report" action. We review reports within 24 hours and take action consistent with our Moderation Playbook. You can also block any user; blocked users cannot see your content or message you.
6. Marketplace
Listings in Marketplace are between users only; Move is not a party to any transaction and provides no guarantees of authenticity, condition, or legal status of listed vehicles or parts. Verify everything before paying.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Account deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
